BBB Betting Tips: Yankees vs. Cleveland Indians (5/4)
A little early in the
month I know, but this blog is all about the numbers. In the month of May
BBBetting has never lost. The Yankees return home from their successful road trip, and with a beautiful night in the Bronx ahead of us, I
foresee this trend continuing.
Josh
Tomlin (0-4, 9.16 ERA) vs. CC Sabathia (2-0, 1.71 ERA)
Josh Tomlin has
absolutely struggled this season. He has only had two outings where he has
given up less than five runs, one of which he only lasted an inning. He has
given up 10 home runs in five games, giving up four homers twice. Tonight he
faces the Yankees who have 44 homers this season, and have their rock CC
Sabathia on the mound.
This should be an easy
pick with all that said. The issue comes with where the public money is
sitting, and the current odds. 74% of the money is being placed on the Indians,
while only 44% of the public is betting on them. With the Yankees being so
heavily favored (-200) this is a messy combination. I believe in CC, and the
bookmakers clearly do too. Double up on the Yankees ML, and enjoy some
fireworks.
Final
Call: Yankees ML 2U (-200)
