Green was born on May 5, 2000 and stands at 6’2”, 205 pounds. He is known for his power, which is one of the best among all high school prospects. He projects as a corner outfielder, but played center in high school, which shows his athleticism. He has a plus throwing-arm and has been clocked in the low 90’s on the mound with a solid curveball.

Green is the second high school player taken by the Yanks in the draft’s first three rounds and is another example of how the Yankees are dedicated to beefing up their position player depth in the organization.
