BBBets 4/28

Image
Welcome back to the first BBBets in two weeks! I took a nice long break following a very rough 0-5 day of picks, the worst of which being a Braves moneyline bet in a game in which they ended up losing to the Padres 12-1. Before that day I was 7-2 in bets given out for a net positive of +3.59 units. After that day I am looking at 7-7 in bets that I’ve given out for a net negative of -1.31 units. One bad day ruins quite the promising start to the season. While I am slightly positive in all of my MLB bets this season (including the bets I hadn’t given out), I want to get my record back on track and move my net losses back into the net gains on my BBBets picks. With that said, let’s get to the bets.

Hello everybody and welcome again to BBBets, your favorite place to come inconsistently for gambling picks that, so far this season, are doing really well if I do say so myself. As things stand, in the two days that I have given out picks, I have gone 4-1 (Opening Day Friday) followed by a solid 3-1 showing (Monday) for a total of +3.59 units if you are betting one unit on every pick. We’re looking to continue this nice streak today, and I have 5 bets that I really like today. GOOD MORNING!! We have some bets for you today as @nicksims14 tries to stay hot on the season🔥🔥🔥 pic.twitter.com/ByQZTUxlVt — Bronx Bomber Ball (@BronxBomberBall) April 14, 2022 Let's start with the 1:10 game on the  bet slip, Rays vs. A's. In this game, I like the  Rays -1.5 (-110). The Athletics won the matchup between these two teams yesterday 4-2 in a matchup between Frankie Montas and Shane McClanahan, and I like the Rays to take the game today by at least a couple runs. Next we have Cardinals

Hello and welcome again to Bronx Bomber Bets! This will be our second BBBets of the season, with the first being last Friday where I started 4-1. I didn’t give out any bets this weekend, but had an overall pretty solid weekend, and then saved myself yesterday by not giving out any picks (I had the graphic made and had began a blog) on a day where I ended up going 1-3. I’m gearing up to end that cold streak at one day today, and I have 4 bets that I think will return my hands to their heat from this weekend. It’s just picks from me again today, but hopefully later this season we start getting bets from our other two resident degenerates at BBB, Andrew and Luigi.

Hello all and welcome back to your favorite yearly tradition that slowly disappears by mid June! Hopefully that is not the case this season, and the best bettors in the world to fade just become the best bettors in the world period.

Top 10: Keys to early season success for the Yankees

We've finally arrived. Opening Day is upon us.  It's coming a week later than expected. The team doesn't look the way we expected them to when the offseason began six long months ago.  But here we are.  The Yankees chose not to make any of the marquee acquisitions Twitter lost their mind over all Winter, but at the end of the day they plugged some holes, and bring a much more versatile and athletic club into the 2022 season.  Did they do enough to dethrone the likes of Boston or Tampa or keep the quickly ascending Toronto Blue Jays at bay? Only time will tell.  In "The Late Show with David Letterman" fashion, here are our Top 10 factors to the Yankees getting off to a fast start.   With mere hours to go before the Yankees kick off their 2022 campaign, we’ve reached the point that even a few weeks ago we thought may never come. We finally get to witness Yankee baseball today! An added bonus on top of that is that today’s season opener comes against the rival Boston Red Sox, the team that booted the Yankees out of last season’s playoffs. The Yankees’ season begins with a tough 10 game stretch against division opponents and this season opening series against the Red Sox at home provides the Yankees with a golden opportunity to make a statement and get off to a great start. The team has come under scrutiny for their approach to free agency and team building this offseason. In spite of all that noise, the team performed well this spring and now stands ready to take the field in the Bronx. Lets take a look at some matchups.
